A normal singleton pregnancy – both after in vitro, and after natural conception – is not the indication for cesarean section. The patient – if she is healthy – can have vaginal birth. The doctor can recommend cesarean section if any indications for such procedure occur. They are identical as in case of natural pregnancy and consistent with the recommendations of the Polish Gynecological Society.
